"I love the warmer weather and with it comes an increase in events in Australia being held outdoors - whether it's a wedding, birthday or simply a family barbecue. I wanted to make use of the gorgeous trees, grass and natural light at our local park and work with a pastel colour palette and Vintage influence. My inspiration board was full of gorgeous spring flowers, hessian, buttercream and lace with a big focus on delicious food that would suit any relaxed, outdoor occasion. The table display included both fondant and buttercream cakes, cupcakes, macarons, petite tarts, cookies and brownies"
