Amy from Sugar Buzz Dessert Tables submitted this gorgeous garde party, as told by Amy
This lovely little Garden Party Morning Tea was for the Naming Ceremony of my client's two little boys, held in the beautiful Queen's Gardens in our town. My client wanted a morning tea with a vintage feel, so I kept the colours pastel but focused on blue with some pink and purple florals. I used a gorgeous vintage farmhouse table and complimented the yummy and very pretty sweets with beautiful flowers in vintage style blue mason jars. And to top off a wonderful morning my client and her husband surprised their guests by renewing their wedding vows after the naming ceremony, as the day was also their fifth wedding anniversary.
Sweet treats for morning tea included Orange & Poppyseed Friands, Red Velvet and Vanilla Cupcakes, Lemon Tarts, White Chocolate Macarons and Gingerbread Men.
